What if I need to cancel an appointment?
We ask for notification at least two business days prior to your scheduled cleaning date. This advance notice enables Many Maids to reassign the cleaning team to another appointment during your previously reserved time slot.What if something gets broken?
Accidents can occasionally occur despite our best efforts. Many Maids carries insurance for such situations. Our cleaners are instructed to contact our office immediately if any damage occurs, and we will reach out to you directly to address the matter. Please notify us in advance of any items of concern.Do you need to come to my home to give me an estimate?
An in-home visit is not necessary. We provide all estimates by phone in under five minutes. Contact us today to receive your quote.Is there any contract?
We do not require any contracts. Many Maids believes that exceptional service will naturally retain customers for their ongoing cleaning needs. We prefer to earn your business with every cleaning appointment, which is the foundation upon which we have built our company.Do you bring your own supplies?
Our team comes fully equipped with all necessary cleaning supplies for your home or office. If you prefer that we use your own equipment or specific cleaning products, simply inform us and we will gladly accommodate your request within reason.Do I need to be home?
Your presence is not required. Simply provide us with access instructions for entry and let us know how to secure your property upon completion of the cleaning.
